FAQ
How shall I deliver my files?
You files shall be delivered in 200 DPI in the size you wish to print. Remember the file shall be the colour profile Adobe RGB 1998, while we are printing in RGB colours. If you have additional questions to this, you are welcome you contact us.
Which file types do you print from?
We print from the file types; j.peg, tiff og pdf.
If you want to deliver InDesign documents, you need to enclose links and any fonts you might need.
Can you still print my pictures in Copenhagen City?
In principle you can. We have made collaboration with Fotocafeen (located on Vesterbro), and you just go to their store, and you can get the same prints as you could on Esplanaden. You can either call Fotocafeen or us for further appointment.
Why can’t I find any prices?
We have very big variation in our customer’s inquiries, so we consider prices from job to job. That is why we only have quite a few prices available online. See the prices here.

Who can get sponsorship?
In principle everybody, but we do help young up and coming artist and non-profit organizations more than others. But if you have a great idea we will be happy to consider helping you. See more about sponsorship here.
What is start-up?
A start-up fee cover all the small cost related to a start of a job. This means start up of printer, simple adjustment to the file and upload/import of files.
Furthermore you receive one free sample to every job you order at Colorgruppen. The start-up fee covers that as well. Please note that you will only get charged one start-up fee per job, so it is a good idea to make more than one photo at the time.
How big can you make my prints?
If you request LambdaPhoto our lambdaprinter does a maximum width of 126 cm.
We can print larger on som of our other materials, please call us for further information.
Can you help me with photo editing etc.?
Yes. We have a good educated DTP-team, who will be more than happy to help you with your job.

Do you have a sample of a LambdaPhoto I can order?
We offer a free sample of a LambdaPhoto, and we will be happy to send it directly to your address. (Please note that we only send to Danish addresses.) If you want a sample sent to an address outside DK, please contact us with your information.
